Discover the new e-Bill service!

The new e-Bill service enables you to perform online more timely and effective cost management of your mobile telephony bills.

The e-Bill service allows you to access your mobile bills (with fiscal value) in electronic format  through the Webcare portal (https://webcare.cosmote.ro/, E-Bill section) especially designed by COSMOTE for its customers.

Thus, if you are a natural person, you benefit of the following very useful functionalities:

• you can view all the bills issued after the service activation;
• you can access the detailed invoice for your calls;
• you can download up to maximum 12 invoices issued after the service activation moment;
• you can view statistical data regarding the use of your company mobile phones per connection, invoice and in total;
• you have the possibility to download documents in a variety of formats such as PDF, TXΤ, XML, EXCEL for the purpose of performing further data analysis or filing for future use;
• you receive immediate notification, to an e-mail address of your choice, informing you on the day when a new bill has been issued;
• you have the possibility to print out the full invoice or only parts of bill directly from the portal

For COSMOTE legal persons, the e-Bill service provides electronic access to a wide range of monthly bill data (with fiscal value) and you can easily select the data which interests you, including the following:

• Total charge per company
• Analytical Breakdown of charges per company
• Total charge per connection
• Analytical Breakdown of charges per connection
• Analytical Breakdown of calls per connection
• Access to templates and customized reports

Furthermore, in the cases of companies which receive multiple bills, the e-Bill service offers you the possibility to define different users for each invoice.

The access to the new e-Bill service is easy and secure through the internet portal https://webcare.cosmote.ro/webcare/. Please register here https://webcare.cosmote.ro/webcare/login/goToRegForm.do, if you don’t have the Webcare account activated. For companies, the Webcare service activation can be done in COSMOTE and partners shops. If you are an existing customer and you access the e-Bill service through https://ebill.cosmote.ro/, you will be able to continue using this link.

 The e-Bill service is available to all COSMOTE subscribers, legal and natural persons.

Instructions for e-Bill service activation

•  In order to have access to the e-Bill service, you should request the service activation by filling in the registration form available in all COSMOTE Stores and at any COSMOTE partner or by calling 1234 - Customer Care Department.
• In case of natural persons, the completed and signed form will be forwarded to the fax no. 021 4040950 together with an ID copy of the customer or will be submitted in any COSMOTE shop.
• In case of juridical persons, the completed form, signed and stamped by the company legal representative will be forwarded to the fax no. 021 4040950 together with an ID copy of the signee or will be submitted in any COSMOTE shop.
• You can ask for the e-Bill service deactivation at any COSMOTE shop or COSMOTE commercial partner or by calling one of our Customer Care Consultants at 1234.
