Question: How can I switch the tariff plan? Answer:
Any rate plan change implies the proportional allocation of the monthly fee and of the number of minutes and SMSes included in the subscription, depending on the number of days a given rate plan was used in one bill cycle. So, for the old rate plan this change will lead to the allocation of a proportional numer of minutes and SMSes and of the monthly fee corresponding with the number of days that have passed since the last bill was issued to the date of the change. After the rate plan change the minutes, the SMSes and monthly fee will be allocated proportional with the number of days between the date of the rateplan change and that of the next bill cycle. You must also know that when you change your tariff plan all the benefits of your old tariff plan will become unavailable. If you have a COSMOTE rate plan and you decide to change to a higher subscription that better suits your needs you can do it at any moment, but you must know that the minutes from old rate plan and from the new rate plan it will allocate proportional with number of days. If you decide to change to a lower subscription you can do it only after 8 months from the initial activation as a COSMOTE subscriber or after 4 months from your previous subscription change. The change is made without additional fees. You can request the change of your rate plan at any COSMOTE shop, commercial partner shop or to one of our Customer Care service consultants.
