COSMOTE never asks clients by phone call, text messages or any other means, to provide: recharge codes, banking details, urgent payments other than those written in the subscription contract or in the official regulations for COSMOTE promotional lotteries.
COSMOTE advises you to:

never share personal or confidential information (your personal identification number, access codes or passwords, banking details, recharge codes for prepaid cards, etc.) to unknown individuals or persons pretending to be COSMOTE employees;

avoid accessing web pages that copy or look like

refuse to purchase and share recharge codes for the presumed purpose of receiving awards, bonuses or facilities of any kind;

refuse to urgently transfer sums of money for the purpose of receiving awards, bonuses or facilities of any kind following presumed campaigns organized by COSMOTE and a third party;

do not take into account express demands to dial unknown codes on your handset for the presumed purpose of benefiting from a different offer.
Moreover, we inform you that any official calls or text messages addressed to COSMOTE users can come only from the following numbers: 0766121234, 1234 or “COSMOTE” for text messages.

If you identify any attempt at fraud we ask you to inform us by calling the above mentioned numbers and to address the authorities. All relevant COSMOTE information or documents are available to the authorities upon request, according to the applicable legislation.
